In regards to building a course or training, I believe ADDIE would be ideal for me. I appreciate the structure of ADDIE, so I can see the benefits of the structure to ensure each component is addressed and included. I could see the benefits of using SAM in building a course or training by ensuring all necessary materials are gathered and accounted for. The Dick and Carey model can be beneficial when constructing a course or training as it's outcome-driven and will have the learners in mind during instruction and creation. Considering these three models, I believe they are flexible to different designers' needs, but my favorite will remain the ADDIE model as I benefit from the structure and seeing the waterfall progression.
